1. Non-Refundable Same-Day Cancellations

   • Since all orders are customized to the customer’s requirements and are perishable in nature, refunds for cancellations on the same day are not possible.

2. Prior Notice for Cancellations

   • Regular Cakes: A 1-day prior notice is required for cancellation.
   • Large or Special Cakes: A 2-day prior notice is required for cancellation.
   • A 5% refund charge per order will be applicable for all cancellations.

3. How to Cancel an Order

   • Customers must send an email to care@cakecarnival.com with the subject line: “Cancellation Request”. The email must include:
     • Order ID
     • Reason for Cancellation

4. Refund Process

   • Refunds will be issued to the same card/account/medium used for payment.
   • All refunds will be credited to the customer’s bank account within 2-3 working days from the date of cancellation.

5. Cake Carnival Wallet Option

   • In some cases, refunds may be credited as Cake Carnival Cash Points into your Cake Carnival Wallet, which can be used for future purchases.

6. Company’s Discretion

   • Cake Carnival reserves the right to change, cancel, refund, or offer any other option to the customer at its discretion.
