3. Custom Cakes

•  For custom cake orders, please provide complete details, including design references and any specific instructions.
• Customization is subject to feasibility, and additional charges may apply based on your requirements.
• Once the design is approved, changes cannot be made without additional charges.

4. Delivery and Pickup

• Delivery is available only in specific areas. Please confirm delivery eligibility before placing your order.
•  Delivery time slots are provided as estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Customers opting for pickup must collect their orders during the designated time.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

•  Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Custom cake orders cannot be canceled after design approval.
• Refunds for cancellations are subject to our discretion and may take  business days to process.
• If there is an issue with your order, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup.

6. Allergies and Special Requests

• Our cakes may contain allergens such as nuts, dairy, eggs, and gluten. Please inform us of any dietary restrictions or allergies before placing your order.
• We are not liable for allergic reactions if you fail to notify us in advance.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Cake Carnivals is not liable for damages caused by improper storage, handling, or transportation of the product after delivery or pickup.
•  We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
